Dark Chocolate Fudge
We make our Dark Chocolate Fudge with our 65% cacao from scratch. It contains only 3 ingredients! We use organic filberts and grind them for up to 24 hours in our stone grinder until they finally turn into a delicious nutbutter. The natural oils from the nuts and the friction from the stone wheels create this smooth and beautiful butter. No sugar or salt is added to our butter, all we do is add our 65% Cacao for a little sweetness (not too sweet) and create this delicious melt-in-your-mouth (literally!) fudge.
