65% Cacao Fudge
We make our 65% Cacao Fudge from scratch and it contains only 3 ingredients. We use organic filberts and grind them for up to 5 hours in our stone grinder until they finally turn into a butter. The natural oils from the nuts and the friction from the stone wheels create this smooth and beautiful butter. No sugar or salt is added to our butter, all we do is add our 65% Cacao for a little sweetness (not too sweet) and create this delicious melt-in-your-mouth (literally!) fudge.
