Notes of chocolate ganache, fig and red bean paste. The fig might be the first thing you taste and the rest of the notes come in a little later, so you might have to eat the whole bar in one sitting just to really taste every single note possible. Just throwing that out there!
No sugar, so if you're measuring your chocolate intake (stop torturing yourself!) this would be the best way to go about it as it's strong due to no sugar, but quite mellow for a 100% bar.
