One of our goals at El Buen Cacao is to offer simple chocolate characterized by quality. To better elaborate, our chocolate carries a couple ingredients because simply put we don't like to pack our chocolate with unnecessary ingredients, however it consists of quality as we only offer all organic ingredients.
That's right! No GMOs and no weird unknown substances that may be stated on certain food labels. |

We take Chocolate seriously, there are no pre-made bars, there are no short cuts, there are no 'Oompa Loompas' (sadly, they're so fun!) to do the heavy lifting, we do it all, and it shows in our finished products.
